This Privacy Policy describes how Briventor d.o.o. (hereinafter: “Briventor”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors to briventor.com. It is aligned with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data you knowingly provide through the contact form (name, email and message content). We additionally record technical usage data (anonymised IP, device type, browser language) only to the extent permitted by your cookie consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), to improve content and performance of the site (with your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and to comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Retention period
Data from the contact form is kept for up to 24 months from the last communication, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Analytics and marketing data are retained according to your consent and cookie settings.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Requests may be sent to info@briventor.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.
6. Data recipients
We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share it with carefully selected service providers (hosting, email infrastructure, analytics) acting as processors under contractual obligations and in line with the GDPR.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Where data is transferred to third countries (e.g. through Google services), the transfer takes place under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, with additional safeguards where required.
