This Privacy Policy describes how Briventor d.o.o. (hereinafter: “Briventor”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors to briventor.com. It is aligned with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We only collect data you knowingly provide through the contact form (name, email and message content). We additionally record technical usage data (anonymised IP, device type, browser language) only to the extent permitted by your cookie consent.
We process your data to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), to improve content and performance of the site (with your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and to comply with legal obligations where applicable.
Data from the contact form is kept for up to 24 months from the last communication, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Analytics and marketing data are retained according to your consent and cookie settings.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Requests may be sent to info@briventor.com.
